We’re seeking a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks and contribute to the smooth day-to day operation of our Port St Mary office.
Duties will include:
Providing support to Managers
Answer and direct phone calls
Assisting in daily office needs
Assisting with all aspects of client on-boarding including applying due diligence checks, rewards card ordering, mailings etc
Ongoing liaison with Rewards Card Providers and assisting with membership queries
Assisting with customer service enquiries
Data input and maintenance
Participating in projects
Assisting with corporate governance tasks for group companies
Providing assistance to management team for report generation
Bank account reconciliations and direct debit establishment
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and develop
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferably previous knowledge of office equipment
Resourceful and adaptable

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies whilst maintaining a high level of customer focussed service.
Tasked with helping deliver the company’s marketing strategy, identifying marketing trends and opportunities for growth, as well as creating marketing materials such as brochures, blogs, case studies, presentations and social media posts. You will be providing administrative support to our marketing team and a high level of service to our members.
To be considered for this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or CIM qualification. Prior work experience in marketing is a must. Effective written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are both important keys to success in this role.
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
Collaborating with the Marketing & Communication Manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy. Working closely with marketing & sales departments.
Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing and graphic design.
Creating marketing materials such as brochures, blogs, case studies, and presentations.
Assisting with website design, content management, social media
Assisting with event planning & management.
Maintaining a marketing database.
Understanding company product and brand.
Creating and interpreting a variety of reports.
Organising market research.
Providing administrative support to the marketing team.
Working with our members to deliver their marketing strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing/CIM qualification.
Experience working in marketing-based role.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
A high level of attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in applications including Adobe, Word, Excel, and Prezi.
Good organisation skills.
Digital marketing experience.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
