Creative Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative individual to join our Marketing Team to bring ideas and visual concepts to life.

About the role:

You will be creating and delivering eye-catching digital and print content across a wide range of channels and formats – from brochures and presentations to videos, infographics, email campaigns and websites.

If you want to kickstart your career in marketing our ideal candidate is a team-spirited, skilled and imaginative content creator with an eye for detail who is familiar with image and video editing software along with web development and HTML.  If this is you, then we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain strong and cohesive brands both online and offline.

To be considered for this role, you will be an out-of-the-box thinker who strives for design excellence and enjoys challenges, have lots of energy, a can-do attitude and be prepared to “go the extra mile”!

A relevant bachelor’s degree or working towards CIM qualification may be an advantage but the ability to prove excellence in design is a must.

Creative Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications Manager and marketing teams to generate marketing ideas to fuel campaigns.
  • Create eye catching marketing materials (e.g. adverts, brochures, adverts, flyers, presentations, videos.)
  • Design and create digital assets including webpages and email campaigns.
  • Write clear, compelling marketing copy for various mediums (e.g. ads, blog posts, articles, newsletters).
  • Work with our Business Club Members to assist in the delivery of their marketing strategies.
  • Meet all customer needs and exceed expectations, upholding our strong reputation and brand.
Creative Marketing Assistant Requirements:
  • Experience working in a marketing-based creative role (an advantage but not essential).
  • Experience working with various types of software for digital marketing and design.
  • Working knowledge of website development/HTML and CSS.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
  • Great organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree in design or marketing/CIM qualification (an advantage but not essential).
